HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Easy Returns Policy.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

In your shipping confirmation email, you'll receive a link to the tracking history. From there, you can monitor your package's progress until it's delivered to your door.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY TAXES & DUTIES?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country, Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. MSLMSTORE cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package.

Will my credit card be charged at the time of placing my order online?

Your card is charged at the time of placing your order and once your card issuer has made all the relevant checks.

Can I change my shipping address once my order has been accepted?

Unfortunately once your order has been accepted we cannot ship to an alternative address. Please ensure you supply a suitable shipping address when placing your order.

My order was confirmed, but i just got an email that states i received a refund. What does this mean?

The item(s) you ordered was so popular that between the time you placed the order and when we processed it, the item sold out. The good news is, that we will refund you immediately for the cost of the item.

What if my credit card is declined?
